ABOUT ME
I have always been interested in natural and organic products, but was often disappointed in the cost of purchasing these items and even more disappointed to find out how much of the product was actually natural or organic and we don't even want to get into the costs of these products. Let alone the impact these products and our environment have on us.
I believe that even in a bad economy we want what's best for us and our families. It makes a difference in our state of well-being and that affects our relationships too. From caring for our bodies while we are pregnant, to caring for a new born child, raising children in an era of ADD/ADHD and autism, working all day, eating unhealthy foods and being too tired to prepare nutritious, healthy foods for our families we opt for the drive-thru or using our microwave ovens. What we need is to go back to the basics and become self-sustainable. This is not only gives us better control over our health, but will be beneficial over the long run economically too.
So, I attended the accredited American College of Health Sciences to earn my certification as a manufacturer of natural products and during this time was able to experiment with a multitude of natural recipes. I was really impressed with the results. I also have my Certified Professional Food Manager certificate, provide Home Rating Energy services and I am a BuildIt Green Green Building Professional.
I hope to be able to share some of these recipes with you. Quality natural and organic ingredients can be expensive, but if we are able to get a big enough group going we can share in the costs and if you are interested in growing some of your own fruits, vegetables and herbs the savings can be even greater. As this organization grows are intentions are to either offer classes free of charge or subsidize the costs.
This group is for everyone to become involved.
Pets are important too!
