This is an excellent class and opportunity to do some wild crafting of the great herbs found in the mountain area -- Patricia Learn to identify edible, medicinal, and otherwise useful plants! We'll identify and collect some common wild “weeds”, discuss the various uses for these useful native plants, then incorporate them into delicious meals and/or remedies! Discover how easy it is to create healthier, tastier cuisine using nature's bounty. • Wild Plant workshops typically last 2-1/2 to 3 hours. • Recipes will be provided to take home. • $22 per person. Discounts available for families and groups! • Reservations are required. Contact: Barbara Kolander RSVP and ask for location - most classes are in the San Bernardino mountains.
