Shampoo /hand soap Recipe

Here's a great recipe contributed to us by Sarah:
Here is the recipe, it comes out as thin as water and is hard to apply to long hair. I'm trying to figure out how to thicken it just a bit. I am on day 3 of not using conditioner!! This is a great hand soap for the sink too.
Instead of the dried plants I got fresh herbs from the garden, omitted the rosemary oil and substituted tea tree oil. 8 oz distilled water2 teaspoons of dried rosemary2 teaspoons of dried rose petals3 ounces liquid castile soap (16oz organic $6/$1)3 Tablespoon aloe vera gel (16oz organic sale $4.60/$.60)¼ teaspoon of jojoba oil (8oz organic $11/$.25)30 drops of pure rosemary essential oil (2oz rosemary herbal oil organic $7) Place the rosemary and rose petals into a jar.Fill the jar with boiling water and immediately place a lid over the jar.
Let this mixture steep for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Strain the herbs.
Let the remaining liquid cool to room temperature.Place the liquid into a shampoo bottle.
Add the castile soap to the container.
Then add the jojoba oil and essential oil and finally add the aloe vera gel.
Just FYI - Stop using anti-bacterial soap! It breeds E-Coli and is not good when used in grey water.
