I found out it is a Lilac Festival in Spokane. I do soooo love lavendar tho. I'm using Bronner's lavendar soap for cleaning around the house.

You can buy dried French Lavendar at the 99 cent store (not everyone likes to shop there and you have to be careful of purchasing items made in China as they may contain lead and other toxins) and put it into a cotton bag and throw it into your dryer too.
