Thank you for finding this site I posted it to our About page. This week my mother and I made wonderful teas using fresh chamomile from our yard, fresh stalks of lemon grass from our neighbor's yard and we are working on making an herbal infusion using the leaves from our Paulownia trees as a hair rinse. Our loofa is growing like crazy here (great to grow in the High Desert) and I can't wait to pick them. You can't beat freshly picked herbs from your garden. For those of you who have small spaces you can still do a potted garden. The webpage you submitted also advertises Mountain Rose Herbs - I love their products.

Some of the most nourishing herbs I have ordered are nettle, oatstraw, red clover blossoms, linden flowers and comfrey. If anyone knows someone local that grows any of these please let me know. I had asked Moonstruck Farms and she said she is possibly going to grow comfrey and that it needs its own bed because it grows alot. These infusions can replace all your mineral AND vitamin supplements.
